JBG has volunteers from numerous disciplines who all uniquely contribute to our efforts. If you are interested in volunteering your time, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
You don’t have to travel continents to volunteer your time. If you as an individual, or a group (church, or social group) would like to volunteer there are opportunities locally including mission trip preparation, staffing fundraising events, and other opportunities. Our Volunteers

There is always a slight risk of traveling to an unfamiliar environment, but JBG takes all necessary precautions to create a safe and positive experience for everyone. Journeys By Grace has established relationships with the local communities we work with. We are experienced with traveling safely and keeping our volunteers and local partners safe during our visits.

To attend a mission as a volunteer, you need a valid passport and travel visa. JBG will assist with obtaining a travel visa.
Vaccinations may be required to travel to certain destinations. Please contact us for more specific instructions or to become a volunteer.

On mission trips, volunteers attending mission trips can expect to assist with medical care (if trained), distributing supplies, cleaning, and socializing with our host community.
Locally, volunteers may help pack supplies for international trips, assist with local fundraising events, and staff local community events and other initiatives.
